ACAD grad Fiona Staples is working on a one-shot Jonah Hex comic book due out in April. Recently she's also done some covers featuring Superman and Batman.

ACAD grad Scott Kowalchuk's upcoming comic book Rat Bastards has become The Intrepids due too a competing comic trade mark. Still looks cool!

Kelly Sutherland

Last weekend I was thrilled to hear ACAD illustration grad Kelly Sutherland's Seven Story Redhead on CBC Radio 3. Later I stopped by my neighborhood magazine shop and found him again in the literary and arts magazine Filling Station. The latest issue (Nov 2010) is littered with his work including an artist feature. You will also see his work around town in the next month or so advertising this years One Yellow Rabbit's High Performance Rodeo. This is the second year he has worked on this exciting project.
