illustrationmundo.com - Most recommended, features high quality illustration news and links posted by illustrators themselves, as well as an impressive collection of links accumulated by the site's creator and editor - illustrator Nate Williams.

drawger.com - Drawger is a blog collective featuring some of illustrations top talent including ACAD alumni Doug Fraser.
A favorite of mine is Chris Buzelli. Amazing work and great posts that include sketch process.

cartoonbrew.com - Site devoted to animation, old and new. Posts include loads of rare animation clips and stuff.

nonslick.blogspot.com - A new blog with a HUGE! number of personal interviews with lot's of cool illustrators.

drawn.ca - The venerable illustration and cartooning blog always has interesting posts.

bibliodyssey.blogspot.com - Superb archive of old, historical illustration.

thelittlechimpsociety.com - Illustration portal with feeds and links.
